- The general terms and conditions are in accordance with the provisions of the consumer authority. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from VYNDORA. The general terms and conditions are accessible to everyone.

These general terms and conditions (read: Conditions) apply to all orders, offers, and agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with BUBOWOR , the conditions cannot be deviated from. The customer cannot derive any rights for future transactions from any agreed deviations.

Placing an order or accepting an offer means that you accept the applicability of the terms and conditions.
1. Prices and agreement/termination
- All prices will not be increased during the duration of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary. All offers are non-binding. All prices on the website are in AUD including VAT.
- All prices and offers are subject to printing and typesetting errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of these errors. The agreement is concluded after acceptance of your order by BUBOWOR. The company reserves the right not to accept an order. If this is the case, the customer will always be informed by email with a statement of reasons. If a payment has already been made in this regard, it will of course be refunded to the bank account from which the payment was made.
- "By placing an order via the website or by email, a legally valid purchase agreement is created, which must be followed by a payment. This agreement can only be dissolved if the customer informs us within 14 days after the conclusion of this agreement that they wish to dissolve the purchase agreement. However, the agreement is only dissolved once you receive a confirmation from us by email stating clearly that the relevant order has been canceled."
  
  3. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping and delivery will take place as long as stocks last. In accordance with the rules of the Distance Selling Act, BUBOWOR will execute orders within 30 days. If this is not possible (because the ordered item is no longer available or out of stock), if there is a delay for other reasons, or if an order can only be partially fulfilled, you will receive a notification within 1 month after placing the order, and in that case, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge and without notice.
- 'The place of delivery is the address you have provided to BUBOWOR .'
- "You are responsible for entering your address details. We trust that you will fill in this information correctly. It is not the responsibility of BUBOWOR to verify whether this information is correct."
Defect product?
- "How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. For this reason, we always provide a new package free of charge the first time and, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund. If it arrives defective a second time, we will refund your full purchase amount."
Lost package / returned package?
- In the event that a package is lost or not delivered due to a logistics reason, we will always ship a new package before proceeding with our refund and returns policy.
- If it turns out that the address details are incorrect after delivery, this is at the buyer's own risk. Any additional costs will not be reimbursed by BUBOWOR. You can always send us a message so that we can look for a solution together.
- 'The delivery obligation of BUBOWOR to you will be fulfilled, unless proven otherwise, as soon as the goods delivered by BUBOWOR have been offered to the buyer once. In the case of home delivery, the report from the carrier, indicating the refusal or acceptance, serves as full proof of the offer for delivery.'
- The prices mentioned for the offered products and services are in AUD including VAT.
- "Our aim is to ship the orders within 2 to 5 working days after receiving the full payment to the delivery address you provided. If we deviate from this for any reason, you will be notified by email. If you need to pick up your package after delivery attempts at the pick-up point and this does not happen, the package will be returned to us. We will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping costs."
- "If a delivery time cannot be realized for any reason, this does not give you the right to compensation, termination of the agreement, or non-fulfillment of any obligation that may arise for you from this or any other related agreement."
- Partial delivery is allowed.
  
  4. Right of withdrawal and return
- If there is a consumer purchase, in accordance with the Sales or Distance Act (Article 7:5 BW), the buyer has the right to return (part of) the delivered items within a period of 14 days, without giving any reason. This period begins at the moment the ordered items are first offered at the specified delivery address. If you do not return the delivered items to BUBOWOR within the specified period, the purchase is a fact. You are required, before proceeding with the return shipment, to notify BUBOWOR in writing within 14 days after the first delivery attempt. You must prove that the delivered items have been returned in time, for example by means of a proof of postage.
- Each item must be checked upon receipt for any errors, imperfections, or damages. These must be reported to us by email within 2 days of receipt. Items for which an error, damage, or imperfection has been identified, and which are returned without notification, will not be accepted by BUBOWOR .
- "If problems arise, we will try to resolve them as soon as possible. If the solution does not meet your expectations, you can choose to cancel the order, this without any further costs. This will not apply in the case:"
  A. The article is worn and/or washed;
  B. The article is damaged or when you have attempted to repair the damage/defect yourself;
  C. U have not followed the usage instructions;
  D. The labels and/or accessories are missing;
  E. The article has been manufactured according to your specification(s).
- The costs for your return shipment are at your own expense, we cannot provide a refund for this unless otherwise agreed in writing. You must adequately stamp the returns; we will not accept your return shipment if it is insufficiently stamped.
- You are personally responsible for the returned items. If damages have occurred due to inadequate shipping packaging or if the mail item is insufficiently stamped, we reserve the right to refuse the return shipment.
- The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to promotional items, discounted items, accessories, jewelry, and other hygiene-sensitive items.
  
  5. Payment
- BUBOWOR works through online prepayment. After your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the total costs, including shipping. No additional fees are charged for online payments. After receiving your full payment, we will ship your order. When a discount code or voucher has been used as payment, no refund can be given, and the discount cannot be reissued. The discount code, gift card, or other vouchers can never be exchanged for cash.
  
  6. Liability
- Any liability of BUBOWOR and of the personnel and products of BUBOWOR for any damage, of any kind, direct or indirect, including business damage, consequential damage, damage to movable or immovable property or to persons, is expressly excluded. BUBOWOR is also not liable for damage caused by third parties in the execution of the agreement.
- BUBOWOR accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of the items.
- "Any liability of BUBOWOR towards the buyer is in any case limited to a maximum of the invoice amount that the buyer owes to BUBOWOR under the relevant agreement."
  
  7. Force Majeure
- BUBOWOR has the right, in the event of force majeure, to suspend the execution of your order at its own discretion, or to terminate the agreement without judicial intervention, by notifying you in writing, and without BUBOWOR being obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
- "Force majeure" is understood to mean any shortcoming that cannot be attributed to BUBOWOR because it is not due to its fault nor is it attributable to it under the law, legal act, or prevailing opinions in traffic.
  
  8. Miscellaneous
- BUBOWOR is authorized to use third parties for the execution of your order(s).
- If you provide BUBOWOR with a written notification of an address, BUBOWOR is entitled to send all orders to that address, unless you provide BUBOWOR with a written notification of another address to which your orders should be sent.
- "If one or more of the provisions of these terms or any other agreement with BUBOWOR are in conflict with any applicable legal regulation, the relevant provision will become void and will be replaced by a new legally permissible comparative provision to be determined by BUBOWOR ."
  
  9. Applicable law and disputes
- "All rights, obligations, offers, orders, and agreements to which these terms apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law."
- Any disputes that cannot be resolved without the intervention of a judge will be submitted to a court designated by BUBOWOR .
  
  10. Images and specifications
- All images, photos, drawings, etc.; data regarding weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels, etc. on the website of BUBOWOR are only approximate, are indicative, and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.
