Refund Policy

"If you revoke the agreement within 14 days after receiving your order and it is back in our possession through a return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount of the relevant product back within 5 working days."

"We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for this refund." 

Note: in the case of credit card payment, a return booking is often only visible on your credit card statement at the end of the month/term.
