1. Placing an order
The ordering process of Vyndora.com is designed to be as simple as possible. First, you need to add the desired product to the shopping cart on the product page. You do this by clicking the black button that says "Add to cart."
Here it is important to check if you have selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, then you press the "Checkout" button. On the information page, you need to fill in the correct address details, make sure that all information is filled in correctly. When these details are filled in correctly, you can press the "Continue with sending" button.
The "Shipping" page offers the opportunity to double-check the provided address details. Furthermore, you can see that every shipment is delivered completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs ourselves. You can now proceed by clicking the "Go to payment" button.
With the payment options, you have a choice of various payment methods. On Vyndora.com, all payment options are equipped with SSL encryption, which means that you are always assured of a secure payment environment with us.

2. Shipping of your order

NB: Like many other online stores, it is extra busy for us and there may be delays due to the corona crisis. Please take this into account when ordering. We are doing our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Below you can see the average time frame of all our packages:
- After placing an order, we need 1 - 3 working days to process your order. On weekdays, this will be 1 working day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
- "When your order is processed, it will be shipped and it takes an average of 20 working days for your order to be delivered."
If you have placed an order with us, you can easily check after a few days when your package will approximately arrive. You will receive your personal tracking code by email, which allows you to track your order via our tracking partner ParcelsApp. Check our Track & Trace page for how this works.

3. Delivery of your order
When your order is delivered, you can enjoy your order! Of course, something can always go wrong. Do you want to exchange or return? Then check this page.
Defect product?
"How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. For this reason, we always provide a new package free of charge the first time and, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund. If it arrives defective a second time, we will refund your full purchase amount."
Lost package?
In the event that a package is lost or not delivered due to a logistics reason, we will always ship a new package before proceeding with our refund and returns policy.
Import duties
In some cases of our packages, customs will carry out a check on the package that is delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation was amended on July 1, 2021, and we unfortunately have no influence over it. In some cases, it may be possible that customs will charge a small amount for import costs. However, don't worry! We see that in 99% of cases this will not happen. Are customs fees still charged? Then please contact us.
Delivery when not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office, Vyndora has incurred the costs to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier, and we are entitled to withhold €15 from the amount you receive as a refund.
