Exchanges and returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you have received, please contact us. At Vyndora, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the product they have purchased from our suppliers. If you have issues with the shipping or the product and you are frustrated, please contact us and our team will assist you immediately.

How can I return (part of) my order?

"If you decide to return your products to us within the 14-day consideration period, it is good to know that we will refund the full order amount to you within 5 working days once we have received the product. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the return shipping costs."

Follow the steps below to return your product:

  1. Download here the return form and fill it out completely.
  2. Send us an email at info@vyndora.com indicating that you would like to return your order or part of your order.
  3. Wait for a response from our customer service on whether we can accept the return. They will also provide you with the return address (Note: this is not the address on our website)
  4. In the event that we can accept your return, please do the following. Pack the product you wish to return neatly and securely, preferably in the original packaging.
  5. Send the package to the return address that you received from our customer service.
  6. Send our customer service the Track & Trace code
  7. 'When your package has arrived and been checked, we will refund the order amount of the returned products using the payment method that was used for the transaction.' 

Products that meet one or more of the following points cannot unfortunately be returned:

  1. For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are non-returnable.
    b. the agreement established by the entrepreneur in accordance with the specifications of the consumer (custom-made);
    c. that are clearly personal in nature;
    d. which by their nature cannot be returned;
    e. products in the categories "Beauty", "Kids & Baby" and "Sport" unfortunately cannot be returned due to COVID-19 hygiene measures.

Cancellation of placed orders

Cancellation of your order can only be done 30 minutes after the order. Our orders are stopped in the processing process after 30 minutes, and unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible thereafter. 

To cancel your order, you can contact us at info@vyndora.com 30 minutes after placing the order.

Damaged products upon arrival

"How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. After that, unfortunately, the return period expires."

For the fastest solution, please send us an email with a photo showing the damaged part of the item. The most optimal photos are on a flat surface where the label and the defect are clearly visible. We will use this information to assist you with your order and to prevent errors in the future.

For defects, we always provide a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. If it arrives defective a second time? Then we will refund your full purchase amount.

Product defects or faults after use 

"How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that a manufacturing defect occurs after some time. It must really be a deficiency. In other words: the part is broken and no longer meets the standard set by the manufacturer. Wear parts are excluded from manufacturing defects or faults. Wear parts include, but are not limited to:"

  • Drive belts
  • Accu's,
  • Brake pads and discs, brake linings, brake drums,
  • Chains, lamps, sprockets, tires, and hoses
  • Moving parts in the broadest sense of the word

Delivery of incorrect products

"We do our utmost to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it can happen that sometimes orders slip through and we deliver you the wrong product. Of course, we will resolve this and send you the correct order free of charge."

Frequently asked questions about our return policy
"In case it is not yet clear, we have listed some frequently asked questions about our return policy here:"

1. What is the return period?
You can return a product within 14 days after you have received your order.

2. How long does it take before I get my money back?
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the products have not been opened. All customers must contact us after returning the package and provide us with Track & Trace information so that we can process the refund.
Note: Most financial institutions typically take 3-5 business days to process the refund.

3. Why can't the beauty & health products be returned?
A list of hygiene products that cannot be returned and refunded (the list is not exhaustive): underwear, bikini, makeup, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow the return of beauty and health products for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone in this. Other providers of beauty and health products do not allow returns for the same reasons.

In general, products cannot be returned if any of the following conditions apply:

  • the buyer has repaired and/or processed the delivered products themselves or had them repaired and/or processed by a third party;
  • the delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or otherwise have been handled carelessly or in violation of the instructions of the intermediary and/or have been treated on the packaging
  • the deficiency is wholly or partially the result of regulations issued or to be issued by the government regarding the type or quality of the materials used;
  • 'Hygiene products cannot be returned and refunded, especially not with the current COVID-19 measures.'

4. Do I have to pay for my return shipment?
Yes, all customers are responsible for the costs of their return shipment. We recommend that you send your return shipment with a Track & Trace, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost return shipments.


5. Can I return my product without contacting you?
You must contact us before sending a return shipment, as the return address may be different from the address where your order originally came from.


6. How can I contact you?
You can contact us via email at info@vyndora.com. The Vyndora team works seven days a week. We always guarantee a response within 3-5 business days and are happy to assist you further!


7. My order is damaged, what should I do?
